Walden Tutoring Services is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate and qualified individuals to join our growing team!

Open Positions:

Head of Academics (Accra: Head Office)
Lead our academic vision! You’ll design and align curricula with GES, Cambridge, and other international standards, monitor tutor quality, oversee academic progress, and manage tutor recruitment and training. Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership and curriculum development.

Regional Manager (Kumasi Office)
Coordinate all tutoring operations in the Ashanti Region, supervise tutors, manage client relations, and lead regional outreach to grow our presence. Must be a resident of Kumasi with at least 5 years of education leadership experience.

Technical Officer (Accra: Head Office)
Lead the development of internal web and mobile applications, provide real-time tech support for online tutoring sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), maintain and troubleshoot all company tech systems (including CRM, LMS, and cloud platforms), ensure a seamless digital learning experience for clients nationwide. Must be proficient in web and app development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or relevant frameworks) and experienced in managing online learning tools and basic backend systems.

Tutors for International School Curricula & Test Prep
If you’re passionate about teaching and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you! We’re seeking qualified and experienced tutors to support students enrolled in IB, IGCSE, A-Level, AP, and American/Canadian curricula. We’re also seeking experienced tutors in test prep tutoring, including SAT/ACT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS & TOEFL.
